What time does it start on 29th November 2018?

  • 08.00hrs - Badge Collection & Breakfast, with bacon butties, pastries and teas/coffees served in the exhibition hall

  • 08.30hrs - Leadership Workshop (optional)

National Sales Academy (28th November 2018, 09.00hrs)

  • FOR THIS YEAR ONLY, acces to the inaugural National Sales Academy the day before the conference. You will need to register in advance, no shows will be charged full ticket price (£395+VAT). This CPD accredited agenda is designed for Account Managers, BDMs & Sales Executives, www.nsacademy.org.uk


Evening Networking Event (28th November 2018, 18.00hrs)

  • We will be hosting a networking event from 18.00hrs on 28th November, for delegates, sponsors, exhibitors and speakers to meet, network and relax prior to the event. Canapes & snacks will be served, however, if you would like a hearty meal I would recommended eating before or after.


How can I get to the Ricoh Arena, Coventry?

  • The postcode is CV6 6GE. All information on travelling to the Ricoh Arena can be found here


Is car parking free?

  • Yes, follow signs to Car Park B which is situated around the back of the RICOH, i.e. go through the barrier and drive around the venue. Car Park B offers the shortest walk to the conference (South Entrance). To download a map click here

  • Car parks are barrier operated, before you leave you need to enter code '7323' into the pay machine before going to your vehicle and driving to the barrier.


When / where do I collect my conference badge?

  • All delegates will receive an email confirmation 5 days before the conference, please bring this confirmation with ID/ Business card to the registration desks outside Hall 3. Your badge can be collected between 08.00 - 09.00hrs.


What happens if I lose my email confirmation?

  • Please bring ID, i.e. driving licence, on the day and present at the conference registration desk.


How many Breakout Sessions can I attend?

  • There are five Breakout Sessions, starting simultaneously (at 14.00hrs) and then repeated (14.45hrs), so you can attend two in total. There will be info in the delegate workbook, with signage and members of staff onsite to help you locate where they are taking place.

  • At the beginning of November you will be sent an email to choose your event preferences, including dietary requirements and which breakout sessions you would like to attend. If you do not receive the 'Event Preferences' email please contact tom@lincolnwest.co.uk or telephone 01732 525950 who will resend the link.

Where can I book accommodation for the conference?

Will there be free Wi-Fi?

  • Yes, this can be used for emails & browsing


Is there disabled access?

  • Yes there is a lift down to the conference and exhibition.

Does my conference ticket include food & refreshments?

  • Breakfast, morning & afternoon refreshments, includng a buffet lunch is provided to all conference delegates, served in the exhibition hall.

What is the dress code?

  • Most delegates choose to wear business suits but smart/casual is acceptable if you prefer
